To view all downloads and information in the People Sensing support center, it is necessary to create an account.
With a user account in the People Sensing support center, you benefit from the latest product updates and How-To articles for your product. Furthermore, you can set up email notifications, to receive information about new firmware releases or features.
To create an account, proceed as follows:
- In the upper-right corner of the page header, click Sign in. The Sign in pop-up window opens.

Next to New to Hella Aglaia People Sensing Support?, click Sign up.
- Enter your name and email address and click Sign up. You'll receive a welcome email. (Please also check your spam folder.)
- Follow the instructions in the welcome email.
Note: Once you have created an account, a customer support member verifies your profile and provides access to the information you need.
